Hi, I’m Jas Rawlinson,
I empower CEOs, executive teams & their employees to detect the red flags of domestic violence & master their boundary-setting skills.
Jas Rawlinson knows the power of a story…
Growing up in a tiny mountain valley in NSW, she lived an enviable 'picture-perfect' life — often riding horses, playing in the bush, or helping on the family’s blueberry farm.
But behind closed doors, she was living a very different life, one where she often wondered how she would survive.
By age 18 she was barely hanging on, and not long afterwards, Jas hit rock bottom. It was here, that she had to make the hardest decision of all: Give up, or Grit your teeth and Grow.
Today, Jas is an award-winning speaker, best-selling author, and one of Australia’s leading voices on domestic violence prevention and survivor advocacy.
She's impacted hundreds of thousands of lives worldwide and is also the creator of Red Flags 101—a nationally recognized program that helps workplaces and communities detect the warning signs of coercive control before it escalates—as well as the co-founder of Brisbane’s first permanent Domestic Violence Memorial.
Her expertise has taken her from investigating illegal brothels to working alongside anti-trafficking teams in Southeast Asia, and she's even swum with sharks on reality TV!
In Jas' own words, "Trauma does not have to be a life sentence. Own your story—all of it. Because when you share it with others, you don't just heal yourself, you change the world one story at a time."
Whether I’m empowering workplaces to detect the red flags of emotional abuse…
Speaking to high school students…Or coaching changemaker women to become global advocates…
There’s one thing I know for sure.
Storytelling is the key to transforming shame into strength, and pain into purpose.
